Cancellation Policy
Appointments at Haus of Glam by Karina J are reserved exclusively for each client, and we strive to provide a personalized and positive experience. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations or reschedules made on the day of the appointment or less than 24 hours prior, you will lose your deposit and will have to process a new deposit for the new appointment. In the event of a no-show, a "No Show" we will keep your deposit that was charged to the credit card on file. You may schedule future appointments with a new deposit each time. Please note that clients with a history of 2 "no shows" or excessive rescheduling/cancellations will have to pay in full to book appointments at Haus of Glam by Karina J, including gift cards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
